本研究以計畫行為理論(Theory of Planned Behavior, TPB)探討臺灣研究生之規律運動影響因素,以及運動承諾是否在其中扮演中介角色。本研究將「態度」構面以「健康促進生活型態」的運動向度測量,「知覺行為控制」則以「運動自我效能感」來測量,並以「運動承諾」直接預測規律運動。本研究採用問卷調查法,以全臺有運動習慣的在學研究所碩士生為研究對象,使用「健康促進生活型態量表」、「運動自我效能感量表」、「運動承諾量表」及「背景資料問卷」作為研究工具,共回收314份有效問卷。本研究結果如下:
一、 不同背景變項中,性別在規律運動行為上具有顯著差異,但年齡層在規律運動行為上則無顯著差異。
二、 有無規律運動之研究生在所有實驗變項(健康促進生活型態、運動自我效能感、運動承諾)上皆達顯著差異,規律運動者之得分均高於非規律運動者。
三、 健康促進生活型態、運動自我效能感、運動承諾與規律運動行為等各變項之間,皆呈現顯著正相關。
四、 整體運動承諾在「健康促進生活型態」與規律運動之間具有部分中介效果;但在「運動自我效能感」與規律運動之間則無中介效果。
五、 若以運動承諾之子構面來看,「想要的承諾」在預測規律運動時具有部分中介效果,但「必須的承諾」在預測規律運動時則無中介效果。
最後根據本研究之結果與發現,建議學校單位與輔導人員應重視研究生規律運動的養成,並透過提升「想要的承諾」來強化內在動機,以促進研究生之規律運動行為。文末並提出實務應用及未來研究之相關建議。
This study applied the Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB) to explore the influencing factors of regular exercise among Taiwanese master's students and investigated whether exercise commitment plays a mediating role. In this study, the "attitude" dimension was measured by the exercise dimension of the Health-Promoting Lifestyle, "perceived behavioral control" was measured by Exercise Self-Efficacy, and Exercise Commitment was used to directly predict regular exercise. A questionnaire survey method was adopted, targeting enrolled master's students with current exercise habits across Taiwan. The research instruments included the Health-Promoting Lifestyle Profile, Exercise Self-Efficacy Scale, Exercise Commitment Scale, and a demographic questionnaire. A total of 314 valid questionnaires were collected. The findings of this study are as follows:
1. Among different background variables, gender showed significant differences in regular exercise behavior, whereas age group showed no significant difference.
2. Significant differences were found in all experimental variables (health-promoting lifestyle, exercise self-efficacy, and sport commitment) between master’s students with and without regular exercise habits. Specifically, those who exercised regularly scored significantly higher than those who did not.
3. Significant positive correlations were found among health-promoting lifestyle, exercise self-efficacy, sport commitment, and regular exercise behavior.
4. Overall sport commitment showed a partial mediating effect between "health-promoting lifestyle" and regular exercise; however, it did not have a mediating effect between "Exercise Self-Efficacy" and regular exercise.
5. Regarding the sub-dimensions of sport commitment, "Want to Commitment" demonstrated a partial mediating effect in predicting regular exercise, whereas " Have to Commitment" did not show a mediating effect.
Based on the findings, it is suggested that educational institutions and counselors prioritize the cultivation of health-promoting lifestyles among master’s students and focus on enhancing " Want to Commitment" to strengthen intrinsic motivation and promote regular exercise behaviors. Practical implications and suggestions for future research are also provided.
