  • Hotel Boutique Casa de la Colina will be a hotel with a focus on helping the community. This hotel will be the first of its kind, in a city that has been experiencing significant economic growth in the last two decades but has lacked new business concepts until now, when new generations are trying to transform their city by bringing new concepts. This hotel is not only aimed to provide lodging services but has a social component, helping the community by helping the local public hospital through donations. The hospitality industry is showing signs of recovery after the effects of the pandemic, in Honduras occupancy rates are increasing, hoping to reach pre-pandemic levels in the next two years. This plan even with conservative numbers and considering lower than average occupancy rates, proves that this type of venture can be successful in its goal of building a profitable business while fulfilling a philanthropic mission.
