論文提要內容:

本論文研究目的，乃試從「政治文化」及「政治合法性」兩個面向探討蘇聯政治。基本上，本論文使用歷史研究法，參酌比較政治學觀點及蘇聯研究學者論著。全文共分七章十六節，六萬餘言，各章大要如下:

第一章:導論。主要分為研究動機與目的。提出本文之基本假設，並對政治文化等概念先作探討。

第二章:本章主要由俄羅斯有關歷史，東正教思想及蒙古統治遺留等方向探討十月革命前俄羅斯政治傳統。

第三章:本章主要在探究蘇聯政權建立前後的合法性與合法化。

第四章:主要在討論「官方政治文化」，馬列主義識形態與蘇聯政治合法性之關係。

第五章:主要在討論蘇聯政治社會化，個人崇拜及蘇聯「政治文化」與政治合法性之關係。

第六章:主要由蘇聯政治改革的客觀環境，探求其政治「調適能力」、「政治參與」及現階段之「改革」與政治合法性之關係。

第七章:結論。試就以上研究所得，提出幾個論點，冀能對蘇聯政治「合法性」問題有所認識。
