本研究以Fishbein和Ajzen （1975，1980）的理性行為論為依據。此模式認為一個人

是否會採行某一特定行為乃決定於其行為意向，而行為意向則同時受到態度（包括情

感性與認知性）與常模（包括主觀與認知性）的影響。本研究之目的除了驗證理性行

為論應用至預測大學生尋求專業心理輔導意願之適切性外，並探討大學生之求助意願

及其影響因素。

本研究以台灣地區十二所公立大學院校二、三、四年級學生為受試對象，實得有效樣

本為1386人，其中男生638 名，女生748 名。研究工具為「鄭氏憂鬱量表」，自編之

「求助意願量表」，包含「認知性態度」、「情感性態度」、「認知性常模」、「主

觀常模」和「行為傾向」，以及受試的性別、有無求助過專業心理輔導的經驗、求助

時間、求助次數、求助時數，及對諮商結果的評價等基本資料。

主要研究結果發現：影響大學生尋求專業心理輔導意願的因素依序為認知性常模、認

知性態度、情感性態度、有無求助經驗及性別，其解釋力佔總變異量的41.6% 。對有

求助經驗的大學生而言，影響其尋求專業心理輔導意願的因素依序為認知性態度、認

知性常模及對諮商結果的評價，其解釋力佔總變異量的45.5% 。對無求助經驗者而言

，影響其尋求專業心理輔導意願的因素依序為認知性態度、認知性常模、及主觀常模

，其解釋力佔總變異量的21% 。

其次本研究發現大學生尋求專業心理輔導的意願相當低。受試中有求助過專業心理輔

導的經驗者佔20.6% ，而其中對諮商結果的評價為「有效」的佔67.3% ，且求助意願

較高。

根據本研究結果，本研究建議輔導機構應加強宣導，建立一般人對心理輔導的正確觀

念外，並加強與學生老師、親人、同學及朋友聯繫，提供大學生更多傳遞輔導訊息的

管道，對學校輔導工作之推展將有所助益。
