  • 本研究旨在探討台灣市場上主要品牌的人工頸椎椎間盤,這些產品可用於治療退化性椎間盤疾病。本研究選擇的五大品牌包括 Zimmer 的 Mobi-C、Medtronic 的 Prestige-LP、Synthes 的 Prodisc-C Vivo、SpineArt 的 Baguera 和B-Braun 的 Active-C。透過波特五力分析模型,本研究分析了市場競爭環境、供應商議價能力、替代品威脅等因素,並進一步利用 SWOT 分析揭示該市場的機會與挑戰。結果顯示,Zimmer 的 Mobi-C 在性能上表現最佳,並提供給病患、醫療機構及代理商相關建議。


    This study aims to explore the major brands of artificial cervical intervertebral discs available in the Taiwanese market, which are used for the treatment of Degenerative Disc Disease. The five selected brands for this study include Zimmer's Mobi-C, Medtronic's Prestige-LP, Synthes' Prodisc-C Vivo, SpineArt's Baguera, and B-Braun's Active-C. Using Porter's Five Forces model, this research analyzes factors such as market competition, supplier bargaining power, and the threat of substitutes, and further employs SWOT analysis to reveal the opportunities and challenges in this market. The findings indicate that Zimmer's Mobi-C performs the best in terms of product performance, and provides relevant recommendations for patients, healthcare institutions, and distributors, especially regarding insurance choices and treatment options.
