台灣近年來文化產業崛起,許多新創企業如雨後春筍般出現,本論文研究文化企業家如何透過企業故事,來為其取得創業資源,以實現企業成長步上正常營運。本論文訪談了四組相當成功的文化企業家及其創業的企業,包括吉品養生、吾穀茶糧、幸福果食以及台灣藍鵲茶,研究發現無論是成為優秀的文化企業家,抑或是創造出特出的企業故事皆相當困難,優秀的文化企業家必須擁有相當的管理經驗與創業經驗,方能創造出好的企業故事;而形塑好的企業故事,必須慎選能為社會所願意接觸,更必須使其信服的故事元素,方能取得新創業資源,實現企業營運的最終目的。
In recent years, cultural industry has risen in Taiwan. Countless of new ventures have appeared. This research is about how cultural entrepreneur acquire the startup resources through entrepreneurial storytelling in order to ensure business growth. Four groups of successful cultural entrepreneurs and their own start-ups have been interviewed for the research, including G-Ping Life, SIIDCHA, Love2Fruit and Taiwan Blue Magpie Tea. The research has discovered that no matter to be an outstanding cultural entrepreneur or to create distinguish entrepreneurial story have to suffered hardship. Sufficient managerial and staring-business experience is necessary for outstanding cultural entrepreneur who are willing to create distinguish stories. In order to create excellent stories, entrepreneurs must chose the topic that is accessible and convincing to the crowds which will enable startup resources to be acquired and realize the operation of the business.
