    本研究的目的在了解輔導人員的人性觀、諮商理論傾向和諮商反應方式以及三者之間的關係。研究樣本為救國團張老師中心、宇宙光輔導中心、現代人力潛能開發中心的輔導人員153人,以「人性觀問卷」、「諮商理論傾向量表」和「諮商關係問卷」等收集的資料,經單因子變異數分析和典型相關分析等統計方式所得的主要研究結果為:

    一、就整體而言,輔導人員的人性觀是採中性略偏正向的態度。工作經驗少者較贊同人性的利他性,無宗教信仰者對人性意志強度的看法高於有宗教信仰者,而宗教信仰較虔誠者比普通者對人性的獨立性與意志強度有較負面的觀點。

    二、輔導人員的諮商理論傾向依次為完形學派、當事人中心學派、理情治療學派和行為學派。年齡較長者對行為學派信念的接納度較年齡較輕者高,相關科系者比非相關科系者傾向於完形學派的觀點。

    三、輔導人員的諮商反應方式的偏好依次為瞭解、解釋、探詢、支持和評價。男性在支持反應的偏好上高於女性,年齡較長者較傾向採用支持反應,相關科系者對解釋反應的喜好高於非相關科系者,而對支持反應的喜好低於非相關科系者,工作經驗較多者對評價反應的偏好較低。

    四、相關科系教育背景的女性輔導員在人性觀的利他和變異性態度愈高,其在諮商理論上較傾向完形學派,且較不傾向行為學派。而人性觀和諮商理論傾向在諮商反應方式上並未發現顯著的關係。

    根據研究結果,建議輔導訓練與實務工作機構以哲學-理論-實務連續的論點對諮商專業工作做一整體性的思考,且對各諮商理論學派加以整合,並建議進一步修訂研究工具,和進行輔導人員諮商態度與實務之間的比較研究。
