論文提要

本研究主要目的在於（l）探討性別角色與少年犯罪之關係。為求更深入了解性別角色與少年犯罪之關係，同時以正性及負性特質來探討犯罪少年與一般少年在性別角色上的差異。（2）探討社經地位與少年犯罪之關係。分別就家長教育程度、家長職業聲望、家庭設備（經濟地位）等三方面探討犯罪少年與一般少年在此三者之差異。（3）根據研究結果，探討影響少年犯罪的因素，並提出建議，以提供輔導犯罪少年之參考。

本研究是以桃園輔育院、彰化輔育院、高雄輔育院國中肄業以上教育程度以及復興高中、大誠高中、泰北高中、木柵國中、江翠國中、石碇國中等機構，十四歲至十九歲少年為研究對象。研究方法採X²檢定，單因子變異數分析。凡X²檢定達顯著水準再進行百分比考驗；單因子變異數分析F值顯著者則以薛費氏法進行多重比較。

本研究的結果發現：（1）犯罪少年與一般少年在正性性別角色上的分佈沒有顯著差異，在負性性別角色上的分佈有顯著差異，特別是負性男性化與犯罪行為的發生有密切關係。（2）不同正性性別角色在犯罪傾向上沒有顯著差異，不同負性性別角色者在犯罪傾向上有顯著差異，負性兩性化者的犯罪傾向最高。（3）暴力犯、財產犯及吸食藥物虞犯在男性正性特質上有顯著差異（吸食藥物虞犯的男性正性特質顯著高於暴力犯及財產犯），在女性正性特質上也有差異。但在男性負性特質及女性負性特質上並沒有顯著差異。（4）男性犯罪少年的社經地位顯著低於一般少年，女性犯罪少年及一般少年在社經地位上除家長教育程度外，在家庭經濟地位及家長職業聲望上並沒有顯著差異。
