  • 隨著生活品質的提升以及科技的發展,民眾對於自我的健康意識逐漸提升,各種與健康相關的話題與研究逐漸成為大眾關注的焦點,其中最熱門的項目就是「減重」。然而,在資訊爆炸的二十一世紀,鋪天蓋地的充滿各種資訊媒介的是來自世界各地的健康資訊,在多元化的同時,難以避免各項資訊的品質與真偽程度良莠不齊,甚至彼此互相矛盾。資訊如此眾多卻難以疏理,甚者,繁忙而緊湊的生活節奏讓人無暇遵守各種各樣的「健康守則 」,讓不少人只能把東拼西湊而來的資訊當做口號,努力用不正確的運動和飲食方式追逐著「自己認為」的「健康 」,遺憾的是,從多數民眾長期以來努力的健康成果來看,其中能夠成功的案例與失敗的案例相比,幾乎是寥寥無幾。本研究在參考多種專業研究報告以及文獻書籍後,整理出一套易於現今社會之民眾可有效實施、且可長期持續的健康計劃,再從行銷角度探討「健康管理運營模式」。期望能夠建立一套系統性的健康觀念,用專業有效的健康策略以及全方位無微不至的服務幫助民眾擺脫各種「文明病」,越來越健康,從消費者的角度來影響甚或是扭轉生產者和企業長久以來僅重視利益卻忽視大自然生態及消費者健康的行為,民眾只要能夠遵循此計畫不但可以讓自己越來越健康年輕,還可以為地球環境改善以及為人類文明的永續健康發展做出貢獻。


    The consciousness of personal health has been arising as people’s standards of living is being improved along with development of technology. As such, various health-related topics and researches have gradually become the focus of public concern. One of the hottest category is weight reduction. However, in the century of information explosion, every form of media is overwhelmed by health-related news from all over the world. While being diversified, it is difficult to control the quality and accuracy of such information. Sometimes, different schools of health theories even appear to conflict among themselves, making it even more difficult to distinguish the rightful from the misleading. In addition, hectic schedules keep people from following various rules for “being healthy”, therefore some people have to take bits and pieces of health-related information taken from different places, forming their own version of rules, trying hard to exercise and to watch their diet, hoping to be a little more healthy with ways that they thought would be healthy. However, by looking at the result for people’s long-lasted efforts, the number of successful cases is next to none, comparing with the number of cases that are not so successful. After studying numerous professional researches, articles, and books, this research effort has organized a health management plan that is easy to follow yet highly effective, and safe to be administered for prolonged periods of time. In addition, this research has studied and discussed an effective and efficient marketing strategy from the perspective of 4C. The purpose of this research is to establish a systematic health concept, freeing the public from various “civilization diseases” with professional and effective health strategies, along with meticulous care from every way possible. Under the health management program, people will become more and more healthy. The members of the health management program will be able to combine their powers as consumers to positively affect manufacturers and service providers to pay more attention to environment protection as well as the health and well-being of consumers, instead of the bottom line of their financial statements. The members of the health management program will not only become healthier and younger themselves, but also make great accomplishments in promoting environmental protection and sustainable development of human civilization.
