本研究以「心理師在跨性別諮商的專業效能感發展及實踐之經驗」為題，旨在探討心理師如何在跨性別諮商歷程中發展專業效能感，並將其實踐於助人工作中，本研究採質性研究取向，以半結構式訪談蒐集資料，並透過主題分析法進行資料整理與分析，希望研究結果能讓對多元性別族群有興趣的助人工作者作為精進相關諮商知能與實務能力之參考，及提供專業訓練單位規劃專業訓練與課程設計之依據。研究結果歸納為兩大面向如下：

一、專業效能感的發展：
研究發現心理師的跨性別諮商專業效能感，主要透過四大途徑逐步形塑：（一）專業知能的建構：包含培養性別語言敏感度、傾聽多元性別者的生命經驗、熟悉醫療知識以及將志工接線經驗轉化為諮商能力；（二）專業支持系統的影響：性別友善的學習環境與同儕督導有助於降低不確定感並增加專業信心；（三）自我反思與性別意識的轉變：強調對日常生活及諮商工作中關於性別框架的反思與覺察，延伸至對多元性別族群的理解；（四）情緒與不確定性的調適：可透過實務經驗累積降低接案的焦慮、了解限制並調整諮商期待。

二、專業效能感的實踐：
研究發現在跨性別諮商具備高度專業效能感的心理師有以下四個面向的展現，（一）較容易在諮商工作中與跨性別個案建立諮商關係，可以深度同理回應跨性別個案的困境，以及勇於與個案持續核對與修正諮商歷程；（二）心理師能夠在議題一般化與差異化之間取得平衡，並整合醫療知能提升諮商品質；（三）心理師透過倡議行動，從系統層次改變跨性別族群的困境；（四）受訪者提供自評專業效能感的準則，提供給剛踏入多元性別領域的助人工作者作為參考。

研究最後針對培育單位、專業助人工作者及政策制定者提出具體建議，以期提升助人工作者在跨性別諮商中的專業效能感及跨性別諮商的服務品質。

This thesis, titled "Counselors' Experiences of Developing and Practicing Professional Self-Efficacy in Transgender Counseling," aims to explore how counselors develop professional self-efficacy and how they apply it in their helping practice. A qualitative research design was adopted, with data collected through semi-structured interviews and analyzed using thematic analysis.

The findings are intended to serve as a reference for helping professionals interested in working with gender-diverse populations to enhance their professional self-efficacy, as well as to provide a foundation for professional training institutions in designing relevant curricula and training programs.

The findings are organized into two major dimensions. First, the development of professional self-efficacy through the following four ways:(1) constructing professional knowledge and competencies, including gender-inclusive communication, understanding transgender lived experiences, integrating relevant medical knowledge; (2) receiving professional support through gender-affirming learning environments and peer supervision; (3) engaging in continuous self-reflection and expanding gender awareness in personal and professional contexts; and(4) managing emotional responses and uncertainty through accumulated clinical experience, recognition of professional limitations, and adjustment of counseling expectations.

Second is the practice of professional self-efficacy, demonstrates that counselors with higher professional self-efficacy are better able to establish therapeutic relationships, respond empathically to transgender clients' experiences, and collaboratively adjust the counseling process. They also demonstrate greater flexibility in balancing the commonality and uniqueness of clients' presenting concerns, integrating medical knowledge into counseling and extending their professional role through advocacy to promote systemic change for transgender communities. In addition, participants identified indicators they use to evaluate their own professional self-efficacy, offering useful guidance for helping professionals entering the field of gender diversity.

The study concludes by providing specific recommendations for training institutions, helping professionals, and policymakers to strengthen professionals' self-efficacy in transgender counseling and advance the quality of transgender counseling services.
