提要

根據西方學者的研究顯示：政治系統的建立、穩定及持續，政治社會化是一項相當重要的影響因素。本研究卽以政治社會為討論中心，最主要的目的在於對我國「三民主義」這項有計劃的、意識得到的政治社會化效果，作一番瞭解與評估，進以窺探個人政治定向及行為模式的發展過程。

基於這項目的，本研究以高中學生為對象，並將他們區分為三組，一組為尚未修習「三民主義」的高中生（以下簡稱「未」組）；一組為正在修習「三民主義」的高中生（以下簡稱「正」組）；最後一組為全部修習過「三民主義」的高中生（以下簡稱「已」組）。研究的主題則從國家的認同，政制的瞭解，政府的認知及對中共的態度等四個層面來探析。經過問卷的調查及統計的分析後，發現：

1.「已」組對守法的精神、權利與義務的觀念有較高程度的強調。

2.「已」組同學對國家的感情，較另二組有更深的趨勢。

3.「已」組同學對政府的輸出成就頗引為自豪，視為是維繫與國家感情的重要因素。

4.對國家的前途，高中學生均抱持樂觀的態度，尤其是「已」組同學信心更強。

5.對國家憂慮的層面，「已」組所強調的是國家的安全，「未」組及「正」組則重視法律的公道。

6.三組受試者均認為：只要憑自身的努力當可求得國家的生存，但其中仍以「已」組所表現的信心最強。

7.「已」組同學有關民主原則的認知，較為清晰；對於民主的實踐也具有了頗強的支持心態。

8.「已」組同學對民主政治有高度支持心態的關鍵為：「民主政治符合三民主義的理想」、「目前我國經濟與社會條件已漸趨成熟」、「民主政治是世界的潮流」。

9.「已」組同學對於政府的瞭解，已由傳統政治人物的聯想，漸變為對政治機構的認知。

10.「已」組同學對政府的成就已能廣泛地體認，從而加強了其與政府間的情感。

11.「未」組和「正」組同學認為：政府亟應改革的措施是與他們個人有切身相關的大專聯考問題，而「已」組同學則強調國家整體問題的重要性。

12.對中共的本質，三組受試者無論是在理論上，或在策略上，均有相當程度的認識。其中「已」組同學經由統計結果顯示，他們不但在基本認知上相當深入，而且在策略運用上有較為主動、彈性的態度出現。

從上述論據顯示：我國「三民主義」的政治社會化，在高中階段已產生相當程度的效果。
