      本論文旨在透過政策過程來分析印尼軍人之政治角色,其各章內容摘要如下:

    第一章:說明研究的動機、目的及限制。

    第二章:檢討以往研究軍人政治角色的途徑,並提出本論文所採之途徑。

    第三章:從主觀及客觀面向來勾勒印尼軍人本身的特徵。

    第四章:分析、解釋印尼軍人自獨立後至一九六五年止政治角色轉變的過程。

    第五章:探討印尼軍人政權之下政策制定過程的開放性與制度化程度,並剖析軍人與參與政策制定過程之勢力的關係。

    第六章:論述印尼軍人政權所選擇的發展政策,並分析其原因、結果及可能的影響。

    第七章:結論。
