本研究旨在瞭解當前臺北市國民中學教師知覺校長服務領導、學校組織變革與學校競爭優勢的現況。分析不同背景變項的臺北市國民中學教師之校長服務領導、學校組織變革與學校競爭優勢差異的情形,並探討教師知覺校長服務領導、學校組織變革與學校競爭優勢之關係以及最後探究教師知覺校長服務領導與學校組織變革對學校競爭優勢之預測力分析。
本研究採用問卷調查法,共計抽樣37所學校,發出591份問卷,回收510份,共有413份有效問卷,問卷有效率達81%。問卷調查結果以描述性統計、t檢定、單因子變異數分析、皮爾森積差相關與多元逐步迴歸的統計方法加以分析與探討。
本研究結果獲致結論如下:
一、目前臺北市國民中學教師知覺校長服務領導為中高程度,以「增權賦能」之知覺程度最高,「建立社群」之知覺程度最低。
二、目前臺北市國民中學教師知覺學校組織變革為中高程度,以「技術變革」之知覺程度最高,「人員變革」之知覺程度最低。
三、目前臺北市國民中學教師知覺學校競爭優勢為中高程度,以「品質卓越優勢」之知覺程度最高,「組織運作優勢」之知覺程度最低。
四、臺北市國民中學教師,因現任職務與學校歷史之不同,在知覺校長服務領導有顯著差異。
五、臺北市國民中學教師,因現任職務與學校規模之不同,在知覺學校組織變革有顯著差異。
六、臺北市國民中學教師,因現任職務與學校規模之不同,在知覺學校競爭優勢有顯著差異。
七、臺北市國民中學教師知覺校長服務領導、學校組織變革與學校競爭優勢及其各分層面,彼此具有正相關的關係。
八、臺北市國民中學教師知覺校長服務領導與學校組織變革對學校競爭優勢具有預測作用,以「學校組織變革」的預測力最佳。
最後根據本研究結果,提出具體建議,以供教育行政機關、學校校長、學術相關研究及相關單位參考。
