本研究使用2013年經濟部投資審議委員會之《陸資投資事業營運狀況調查表》問卷資料,使用Probit Model,分別從投資動機、企業特性、區位特性等三大構面及營業模式進行探討,以量化研究方式,實證探究影響陸資企業在我國投資規模增加與否的關鍵性因素。研究結果發現,影響陸資在臺投資規模變動的主要決策因素為「效率動機」、「策略性資產動機」、「經濟貿易協定」及「營業模式」等4項變數,由此可發現,陸資來臺之投資動為考量獲取略策性資產動機及效率動機,在此動機下對我國未來投資規模有顯著性的影響,而兩岸經濟政策及在臺經營策略亦為影響陸資企業,其規劃未來增加在我國投資金額的重要因素。除上揭三大構面外,另以「營業模式」為交乘項變數,透過與其他變數交叉相乘後對投資規模的影響,實證研究發現「投資時間」及「國際人才政策」與「營業模式」組成之交叉項變數,對陸資企業未來增加在臺投資規模具有顯著性的相關性,顯示陸資企業在不同的營運模式下,對於影響我國投資規模之重要因素產生關鍵性的作用。
