隨著全球對於永續發展的重視，能源發電產業對於環境的影響與永續責任更顯得關鍵。本研究以T公司股份有限公司（T公司）為例，探討該公司在ESG層面的績效表現，並分析其在推動永續發展中的挑戰與機會。研究結果顯示，T公司在環境方面致力於提升能源效率、發展再生能源及評估未來導入碳捕集與封存技術，來有效降低碳排放；在社會層面積極參與地方社區發展、支持多元共融及推動員工福祉管理；在治理方面則強化內部控制與透明度，並逐步對接國際ESG準則。然而，T公司在供應鏈管理、推動再生能源及政策合規性方面仍面臨挑戰。為應對全球氣候政策壓力，T公司積極推動技術創新，包含參與低碳能源技術如混氫發電與再生能源併網，並通過提升能源效率降低運營成本。此外，透過強化國際ESG治理準則的對接，該公司成功吸引更多投資者，進一步提升市場競爭力。

As global attention to sustainable development intensifies, the energy generation businesses are increasingly scrutinized in environmental impact and long-term responsibility. Taking T Power Corporation (hereinafter referred to as “T Company”) as a case example, I evaluate its ESG performance and analyze the challenges and opportunities T company faces in implementing sustainability practices. The findings reveal that T Company is committed to improving energy efficiency, developing renewable energy, and exploring future applications of Carbon Capture and Storage (CCS) technologies to reduce carbon emissions. In the social dimension, the company actively engages in local community development, promotes diversity and inclusion, and enhances employee well-being. In governance, T Company has strengthened internal controls and transparency while aligning gradually with international ESG standards. Nonetheless, challenges persist in supply chain management, renewable energy integration, and regulatory compliance. To respond to global climate policy pressures, T Company promotes technological innovation by investing in low-carbon energy solutions such as hydrogen co-firing and renewable energy integration. It also reduces operational costs through energy efficiency enhancements. By aligning with international ESG governance frameworks, T Company has succeeded in attracting more investors and increasing its market competitiveness.
