    • 技術轉移是最常被使用于提升技術水準之方法，技術轉移之方式有許多種，合資公司即是常被採用之方式，本研究即針對中美合資之工程顧問父司，探計其關鍵成功因素，由于此類公司並不多因此本研究即以個案分析之方式進行，深入分析各公司之相關資料並訪談相關人員以探索其關鍵因素並發展命題。

    本研究將可能之影響因素分成四類，第一類為與合資公司本身有關之因素，第二類為與技術輸出母公司有關之因素，第三類為與技術輸入母公司有關之因素，以及第四類其他因素如政府、客戶、及技術本身等。本研究對技術轉移成功之定義為合資公司內國籍工程師能獨立自主的完成發電廠設計、採購、及監造等工作。

    本研究之結論為中美合資公司技術轉移之關鍵成功因素有下述七項:獲得足夠之工作量、技術傳授者之能力與意願、技術接受者之能力與意顧、主要客戶之支持、股權分配、訓練、及評估。本研究並發展出下述之命題:合資公司技術轉移成功度與其獲工作量、所獲政府及客戶之支持、是否有優良之評估制度、股權是否

    適時轉移等有正相關之關係，而如外國母公司之技術水準已達一合格水準時，則合資公司技術轉移之成功度與外國母公司之規模及其在業界之排名序有負相關之關係。
