台灣大多數企業,在面對全球氣候及環境的變遷、地緣政治的影響、主要經濟力量的轉移、人口結構的轉變、新興科技的快速發展與加速都市化的情況,加上多變化的國際情勢、傳染疾病的襲擊等等,驅動企業必須在短時間面對接踵而來的挑戰,並透過進一步的優化內部營運機制、轉型外部商業發展模式,加強企業在快速、多變化的市場上,利用科技技術創造機會,期待迎來新應用的蓬勃商業發展。各國政府亦持續並積極推動國家發展計畫,從國內到國際、中央到地方、城市到鄉村皆有相關的新興科技的應用,也同時搭配了數位化、數位轉型的政策及相關基礎建設的推動。企業則專注於產品及服務的持續創新研發、並透過自動化、智能化、雲端化等數位轉型進行產業升級,以確保企業本身可以持續地保有競爭能力在快速、多變化的市場。
企業可以善用外部環境的快速變化所帶來的挑戰與機會,透過企業內部營運能力的優化、外部新商業發展模式的發展,加上整體環境基礎建設的再提升,於產業發展過程,面對市場挑戰與機會選擇及即時反應上,於產業價值鏈找到更好的位置,以期能擺脫紅海市場之低價競爭,開拓新商機、新價值所帶來的藍海市場,進一步增加企業超額獲利機會。
本研究之研究目的說明如下:
1. 說明產業發展與未來世界發展主要趨勢。
2. 以個案公司的視角探討企業經營數位化現況與發展機會。
3. 以個案公司的視角探討企業數位化競爭優勢與經營策略。
以電子製造業的角度來探討企業面對外部環境的快速變化、新興科技的發展、新世代人才的籌獲,並藉由組織的再造、運營管理機制的數位優化,加上政府政策作多及內部條件做整體分析。探討電子製造業面對未來挑戰之經營策略,提供於相關業者策略制定之參考依據。
Most Taiwanese businesses face a multitude of challenges in a rapidly changing market, including global climate and environmental shifts, geopolitical influences, shifts in major economic powers, demographic changes, rapid advancements in emerging technologies, and accelerated urbanization. Coupled with a volatile international landscape and the threat of infectious diseases, these factors drive businesses to address a series of rapid challenges. This necessitates optimizing internal operational mechanisms and transforming external business development models to leverage technology and create opportunities in a fast-paced, ever-changing market, anticipating a boom in new applications and commercial growth. Governments worldwide are also actively promoting national development plans, encompassing the application of emerging technologies at the domestic and international levels, from central to local, and from urban to rural areas. These plans are accompanied by policies promoting digitalization and digital transformation, along with related infrastructure development. Businesses, in turn, focus on continuous innovation and R&D in products and services, and upgrade their industries through digital transformation, including automation, intelligentization, and cloud computing, to ensure their continued competitiveness in a fast-paced, ever-changing market.
Enterprises can leverage the challenges and opportunities brought about by rapid changes in the external environment. Through optimizing internal operational capabilities, developing new business models, and upgrading overall infrastructure, they can find a better position in the industry value chain, responding promptly to market challenges and opportunities, and escaping the low-price competition of a red ocean market to explore blue ocean markets with new business opportunities and

value, thereby increasing their chances of excess profits.
The objectives of this study are as follows:
1. To explain the main trends in industrial development and future global development.
2. To explore the current status and development opportunities of digitalization in business operations from the perspective of a case study company.
3. To explore the digital competitive advantages and business strategies of enterprises from the perspective of a case study company.
This study examines the challenges faced by enterprises in the electronics manufacturing industry, including rapid changes in the external environment, the development of emerging technologies, and the acquisition of new-generation talent. It analyzes organizational restructuring, digital optimization of operational management mechanisms, government policy support, and internal conditions to explore business strategies for the electronics manufacturing industry to meet future challenges, providing a reference for related companies in their strategy formulation.
