  • In recent years, it’s more and more common to see people sit on the grass and enjoy picnic in the park. Especially during the pandemic period, people tend to avoid having the meal within the restaurants. Picnic seems to be a good choice for friends and families gather together and enjoy the meal. However, preparing a picnic event could be a tiring job, from preparing the foods to finding the picnic gadgets. Our business model is to make picnic activity as easy as you go to restaurants and have a nice afternoon tea. Our Value proposition is to provide people with a convenient picnic solution. Therefore, our location will be located in the area with good public transport network and only 2 minutes walking distance from New Taipei City Metropolitan Park which is 16 times of Taipei Daan Forest Park. And our foods are designed that’s suitable for a picnic event, afternoon tea and lunch as well. People could come to Blend Picnic to buy foods and rent our stylish picnic gadgets, then they could simply have a good time in Metropolitan park. This business plan is developed by using a combination of essential business methodologies. Theses methodologies includes Canvas Business Model, SWOT analysis, and Kotler's 5 A's of Sales Marketing, etc. With our financial analysis, we expect a payback period of 2 years.
