  • 論文提要

    本研究的目的在探討性別、創造力與職業興趣之相關。自變項一為性別(分成男、女二個水準),二為創造力(包括在拓弄思創造思考測驗中語文流暢、語文變通、語文獨創、圖形流暢、圖形變通、圖形獨創、圖形精進等七種分數,各分成高、中、低三個水準);依變項為在Holland職業興趣量表上的得分(包括實用性、研究性、藝術性、社會性、企業性、一般性等六種分數)。受試者為台北市復興高中、北一女、建中等校高一學生,男女共549名。所得資料採2 × 3二因子變異數分析,所得結果如下:(一)男生在實用性、研究性、企業性方面的職業興趣顯著地大於女生,女生在藝術性、社會性方面的職業興趣顯著地大於男生,男女在一般性的職業興趣上差異並不顯著。(二)語文流暢、變通、獨創高分組在實用、研究、藝術性方面的職業興趣顯著地大於低分組或中分組;圖形流暢、變通、獨創高分組在研究、藝術性方面的職業興趣顯著地大於低分組或中分組;圖形精進高分組在實用性、藝術性方面的職業興趣顯著地大於低分組。(三) 僅性別與圖形精進力有交互作用。1.男生圖形精進高者在藝術性和社會性方面的職業興趣顯著地大於男生圖形精進低者;女生圖形精進低者在社會性方面的職業興趣顯著地大於女生圖形精進高者。2. 圖形精進低、中高三組的女生在社會性方面的職業興趣皆顯著地大於同組的男生;圖形精進低、中二組的女生在藝術性方面的職業興趣顯著地大於同組的男生,而圖形精進高分組的男女的藝術性興趣並無顯著差異。
