自 2022 年以來，人工智慧（AI）因 OpenAI 推出的 ChatGPT 向大眾公開而廣受歡迎，這項技術將 AI 帶入了日常對話與專業工作流程中。隨著 AI 工具迅速發展，其在各行各業提升工作效率的潛力也不斷擴大。
本論文以電子製造業為例，探討 AI 在專案管理領域中的應用。包括 AI 工具如何協助簡化行政流程，進而減少工作量，以及提升決策效率。研究結果旨在為專案經理提供實用見解，幫助他們將 AI 技術有效整合至日常工作流程中，以達到更高的效率與生產力。
Artificial Intelligence (AI) has gained widespread popularity since 2022, following the public release of OpenAI’s ChatGPT, which brought AI into everyday conversations and professional workflows. As AI tools rapidly evolve, their potential to enhance work efficiency across various industries continues to grow.
This paper explores the application of AI for project managers, using the electronics manufacturing sector as an example. It examines how AI tools can support key responsibilities such as streamlining operations, reducing administrative tasks, and improving decision-making workload. The findings aim to provide project managers with practical insights into integrating AI technologies into their daily workflows to achieve greater efficiency and productivity.
