為了回應大環境的需求，外語能力在各專業領域間日益重要。專業華語從過往以神學及軍事用途為主，乃至今日以科技與商業用途為主，在不同歷史脈絡下，皆具備一定的重要性。其中，在全球化浪潮與複雜多變的地緣政治框架下，涉及國際間和平互動的外交用途專業華語，也就顯得格外重要，然而，外交華語相關研究發展雖早，教材與教學材料研發卻仍有不足。有鑑於此，本研究以蔡英文女士任職總統期間，前外交部發言人劉永健先生、歐江安女士、李憲章先生及王珮玲女士，於中華民國外交部新聞說明會紀要的答詢內容，作為外交常用正式口語語料，以語料庫軟體Sketch Engine和AI工具ChatGPT作為主要分析工具，輔以外交官、外交所學生及華語教師的問卷驗證，歸納篩選出20條可供外交華語教學使用之常用定式，及其高頻搭配詞、語境和語式功能，期能作為外交相關領域的華語學習者、華語教師在教學及教材編撰上的參考，降低外交華語的學習及教學壓力，同時提升效率，回應教學實務層面的需求。此外，本研究結合個人化科技工具的專業華語教學定式篩選模式，在未來亦有進一步發展優化之潛力，望能在相關研究上起拋磚引玉之效。

In response to the demands of the global environment, foreign language proficiency has become increasingly important in various fields. CSP has historically served diverse functions—from theological and military applications to contemporary uses in technology and business—reflecting their historical contexts. Amid globalization and complex geopolitical landscapes, Mandarin Chinese for Diplomats, crucial for peaceful international interaction, has become particularly significant. However, despite the early development of research in this area, teaching materials and pedagogical resources remain insufficient. To address this gap, this study focuses on the Q&A responses of former MOFA (Ministry of Foreign Affairs) spokespeople during Taiwan's MOFA press conferences under President Tsai Ing-wen’s administration as research data. Using the corpus analysis tool Sketch Engine and the AI-assisted tool ChatGPT, supplemented by questionnaire validation with diplomats, students of diplomacy, and teachers of Chinese as a Second/Foreign Language, this study identifies 20 frequently used formulaic sequences in Mandarin Chinese for Diplomats and analyzes their collocations, contexts, and pragmatic functions. The findings provide references for learners, teachers, and material developers in diplomatic fields, reducing learning and teaching burdens while enhancing instructional efficiency to better meet pedagogical needs in practice. Furthermore, by integrating a personalized, technology-assisted method for selecting instructional formulaic sequences in CSP, this study demonstrates potential for further development and optimization, and seeks to contribute to and inspire future research in this field.
