在軍中，領導者的領導能力直接影響部隊的士氣。筆者從國立大學資訊工程學系畢業，既非軍校出身、也未曾有過相關領導經驗，卻在軍旅生涯18年（民國96年迄今）的經歷當中，交織歷練過領導職與非領導職，因而深知領導者的領導風格，會直接影響整體的運作效率及人員心緒，並且在淺移默化之中，影響後續可能成為領導者的人員。故筆者將就自身經驗來探討，並聚焦個人在不同階級、職務中，如何透過自我經驗與反思形成領導風格。
本次研究以自我民族誌及敘說研究之方式，探討個人擔任領導職及幕僚(非領導)職期間所學習體悟的領導統御，並將其歸納整合相關領導能力，藉此提供爾後有志進入軍旅生涯之人員一個參考方向，避免一步錯、步步錯。
同時根據研究結果，讓目前仍在軍隊中服役的學長姐或學弟妹，能夠參考相關領導特質，並自我檢視，「見賢思齊、見不賢而內自省」，透過筆者個人的經驗體悟及當下的領導處置作為，來透析相關作法，或許將來在面臨類似的處境時，能夠知道該如何處理。

In the military, a leader's leadership ability directly impacts the morale of the troops. As a graduate of the Department of Information Engineering at a National University, I do not have a military academy background or relevant leadership experience. However, during my 18 years of military service (since 2007), I have held both leadership and non-leadership positions. I understand that a leader's leadership style directly impacts overall operational efficiency and the morale of personnel, and in subtle ways, influences those who may subsequently become leaders. Therefore, I will explore this topic based on my own experience, focusing on how individuals at different levels and positions develop their leadership styles through self-experience and reflection.
This study uses autoethnography and narrative research to explore the leadership and command that individuals learned and experienced during their tenure in leadership and staff (non-leadership) positions, and summarizes and integrates these insights into relevant leadership capabilities. This provides a reference direction for those who aspire to enter a military career and help them avoid making mistakes at every step.
At the same time, based on the research results, seniors or juniors who are still serving in the military can refer to relevant leadership traits and conduct self-examination, "learn to emulate the virtuous and reflect on themselves when seeing the unvirtuous." Through the author's personal experience and the current leadership's handling of the relevant practices, they may know how to deal with similar situations in the future.
