本文將生產流程切割技術引入 Heckscher-Ohlin 模型 , 探討當引入兩階段生產流程切割的固定規模報酬技術如何影響參與國的福利 , 並藉由一國的資本稟賦增加探討各別國家和世界生產模式及貿易型態的內生性變動 , 並比較其在自給自足和有無生產切割的自由貿易下之福利變化。 研究結果發現 , 不論僅一國或兩國皆有生產流程切割技術 , 若兩國在非專業化生產且切割產業為跨國垂直分工生產的情況下 , 兩國在有生產流程切割之自由貿易的福利才會同時較沒有生產流程切割的自由貿易福利高 ; 否則在自由貿易下只會有一國的福利會提高 ( 相同 ) 而另一國福利會下降 ( 相同 ) 的現象。 另外 , 在兩國皆有生產流程切割技術的自由貿易模型下 , 出現多重均衡的生產型態 , 且將以不同的貿易型態體現相同的福利效果。
