論文提要內容：

　　本論文共計六章十五節，約九萬字；主要內容乃試由中共進行現代化建設過程的動力面、國際政治環境與內部政治、經濟環境角度，觀察中共對外關係的持續與轉變，進而推論其未來走向。本文各章要點如下：

第一章、 討論「中共社會主義現代化」的面向、過程與目標，並分析中共現代化與對外關係的關連性。

第二章、 討論中共現代化過程的動力因素與其對外關係的互動過程。

第三章、 由中共的「三個世界理論」及其實際，討論中共現代化過程的國際政治環境因素。

第四章、 討論中共「國家目標」在其現代化過程中，所扮演的角色與其重要性。

第五章、 討論中共現代化過程的阻力因素及其影響。

第六章、 綜結並推論中共現代化政策成敗下，其對外關係的未來走向。
