  • 本研究係以國軍軍士官兵為研究對象,在當代社會中國軍扮演著重要的角色,不僅負責國家的安全防衛,同時也承擔著維護社會穩定和公眾信任的重要使命。隨著社會價值觀的轉變和公眾對機構責任的關注不斷增加,國軍如何有效履行社會責任並提升其形象與信任逐漸成為焦點。本研究為探討國軍透過履行社會責任來提升公眾形象與信任的相關議題。因此,研究國軍對於「社會責任」、「外部信任」與「工作投入」之間的關聯性,將對國家的軍事形象與社會和諧穩定具有重要意義。透過本研究的結果,可以提供給相關單位和決策者們參考,有助於推動國軍與社會之間的良性互動,實現社會和諧與穩定的發展。
    本研究發放正式問卷280份,經過整理與篩選,最終有效問卷數為263份。經統計分析後發現:
    一、社會責任實踐對外部信任具正向關係影響,且顯著。
    二、外部信任對工作投入具正相關影響,且顯著。
    三、外部信任對社會責任與工作投入間具有中介效果。
    根據上述研究結果之務實建議,供國軍相關單位參考如下:
    一、 國軍應持續推動社會責任相關活動,如參與社區服務、環境保護及公益活動,藉此提升公眾對國軍的正面形象與信任感。
    二、 透過建立開放溝通、尊重與支持的組織文化,鼓勵官兵積極參與決策過程,提升其對工作的投入程度。
    三、 國軍應定期進行員工滿意度調查,了解官兵的需求與期望,並據此調整管理策略,以提升其工作滿意度。
    四、 鑑於個人背景變項在各構面上存在差異,建議國軍在制定相關政策時,考量官兵的年齡、階級、服務年資等特質,採取差異化的管理與激勵措施。
    希望藉此為國軍透過履行社會責任來提升公眾形象提供實務上的貢獻,並助力於提升國軍部隊的士氣與整體戰力。


    In contemporary society, the military plays a pivotal role not only in national defense but also in upholding social stability and public trust. This study investigates how the military's fulfillment of social responsibility influences public image and trust, and how these factors relate to service members' work engagement.
    A total of 280 questionnaires were distributed to military personnel, with 263 valid responses collected. Statistical analysis revealed that: (1) the military's social responsibility practices have a significant positive effect on external trust; (2) external trust positively correlates with work engagement; (3) External trust serves as a mediating variable between social responsibility and work engagement. Based on these findings, the following practical recommendations are proposed for the military: (1) The military should continue to promote social responsibility initiatives—such as participating in community service, environmental protection, and public welfare activities—to enhance the public’s positive perception and trust toward the military. (2) By fostering an open, respectful, and supportive organizational culture, the military should encourage personnel to participate actively in decision-making processes, thereby increasing their level of work engagement. (3) The military should regularly conduct employee satisfaction surveys to understand service members’ needs and expectations and adjust management strategies accordingly to enhance job satisfaction. (4) Considering that differences exist among demographic variables across dimensions, it is recommended that the military take into account factors such as age, rank, and years of service when formulating relevant policies, adopting differentiated management and motivational measures.
    Based on these findings, this study recommends that the military should continue promoting social responsibility initiatives, foster an open and supportive organizational culture, regularly assess personnel satisfaction, and implement differentiated management strategies considering individual backgrounds. These measures aim to enhance the military's public image, boost morale, and strengthen overall combat effectiveness.
