  • 這份論文的目的是提出企業在開始進行一個高挑戰性的 NPI 專案之前需要事先 準備或具備的資源或流程。
    TPS (Toyota Production System)最早是用在汽車產業。其三個主要元素為 JIT,自 働化,以及積極的員工。其中前兩項 JIT 以及自働化將是這份論文的重點,而其 節拍時間,無間斷流程,後拉式制度及自働化等特色也讓 TPS 在消費電子的 NPI 流程中發揮用處。
    這份論文會以個案研究為其研究方法,透過個案 I 公司的 NPI 重點流程如物料流 程,組裝流程,測試流程,機台分配出貨流程,各個流程的 KPI 都能產生顯著的 進步。個案中用 TPS 方法改善的方面可以總結歸納為 JIT 中的同步工程,小批量 生產以及自働化中的 IT 系統。


    This thesis is to answer the question about what resources or processes a business owner needs to prepare and what changes are ought to be made before taking a challenging NPI program.
    TPS (Toyota Production System) was firstly introduced for automobile industry. It's JIT, Jihdoka and highly motivated people are the three major cores of the whole system and the former two, JIT and Jihdoka are used in this thesis while TPS' basic logic of JIT and Jihdoka such as tact time, continuous flow, pull system and automation has also found its useful place within the consumer electronic industry's NPI process.
    This thesis uses case study as the methodology and through the KPI improvement from the case study of the Company I, NPI's major focused process such as material process, assembly process, test process and allocation process KPI has had identical improvements. As a summary, the main factor from TPS that utilized the improvements can be categorized as organization, con current engineering, small lot size from JIT and IT system from Jihdoka as shown in the case study.
