本研究關注空軍籌補人員關注社會互動和知識建構的過程，探究空軍籌補人員的日常生活情境和資訊尋求行為如何被社會和文化背景所影響，以空軍籌補人員的角色出發，透過梳理日常生活資訊行為理論與模式，探究空軍籌補人員從個人層次、國內層次到國際層次的日常生活資訊情境脈絡，並謀求在日常生活資訊尋求情境當中，各種日常生活尋求行為所產生的解決方式。有鑑於空軍籌補人員尋求日常生活資訊的重要性與複雜性，本研究最終從日常生活尋求經驗當中，具體歸納出空軍籌補人員在預算控管、人際關係限制、供應鏈管理等層面的複雜性與挑戰，並建議應從強化國際合作、倡導多元資訊管道、技能提升培訓等層面來應對籌補人員未來挑戰，以提升籌補人員整體專業素養。
