本研究旨在建構「桃園市高級中等學校校務評鑑之後設評鑑指標」，以提供教育行政機關檢核校務評鑑品質與精進評鑑制度之參考。研究首先透過文獻探討，整理教育評鑑與後設評鑑相關理論，據以建構初步指標架構；其後採用模糊德菲法（Fuzzy Delphi Method），邀請21位具教育評鑑、教育行政及學校實務經驗之專家學者進行指標審查與修正，透過三角模糊數分析與解模糊化程序，建構桃園市高級中等學校校務評鑑後設評鑑指標體系。研究結果如下：
一、 本研究建構之桃園市高級中等學校校務評鑑後設評鑑指標共包含5大構面28項指標，形成具系統性之後設評鑑指標架構。
二、 五大構面之權重依序為：準確性（28.4%）、實用性（25.1%）、評鑑績效責任（17.6%）、可行性（14.5%）及適切性（14.4%），顯示專家最重視評鑑結果之可信度與實際運用價值。
三、 整體權重分析顯示，「準確性」與「實用性」兩構面合計占比超過五成，反映後設評鑑之核心在於確保校務評鑑結果具備信度與效度，並能有效回饋於學校改進與教育政策調整。
四、 「可行性」與「適切性」構面權重相對較低，顯示其主要功能在於支持評鑑制度運作與確保程序合理性，而非後設評鑑品質判斷之核心指標。
依據研究結果，供教育行政機關推動校務評鑑制度精進、學校自我檢核評鑑品質及未來相關研究之參考。
