  • The concept of the business plan is to open an art studio called "Love Drawing," which is based in Taipei and caters to children from kindergarten to junior high school. Love Drawing offers a wide range of courses, including basic drawing, coloring, creative drawing, handmade artwork, sculpture making, etc., to focus on nurturing creativity and artistic skills in a comfortable environment.
    The structure of the business plan presents a comprehensive overview of the children's cram school, including course offerings, operational guidelines, marketing strategies, SWOT analysis, business model canvas, and financial plan. Love Drawing Studio distinguishes itself by offering affordable tuition fees to accommodate parents' preferences. Love Drawing hired experienced teachers who hold Master's degrees in fine arts and possess excellent communication skills. These dedicated instructors not only guide students in creating artwork but also establish strong connections with parents, thereby earning a positive reputation in the community.
    In conclusion, Love Drawing aims to deliver high-quality education and cater to the different levels of students and provide a good art learning environment for students to draw.
