社群媒體上的劇透是一種社會技術事件,由使用者的個人涉入度、媒體形式、劇透時效性與平台互動動態共同形塑。本研究整合涉入理論與 SMILE 模型,旨在解釋使用者如何感知劇透並產生認知與情感反應。研究採用實驗設計,檢視個人涉入度、媒體形式與劇透時效性對劇透敏感度、劇透嚴重性、控制感及情感取向的影響;並透過開放式回應進一步探索使用者對劇透暴露、防劇透工具與平台責任的詮釋觀點。藉由結合動機與認知觀點,本研究將劇透重新概念化為一種認知—情感歷程,而非僅是固定的內容屬性,期能為社群平台上的情境感知防劇透機制提供理論洞見與實務指引。
Spoilers on social media are socio-technical events shaped by users’ personal involvement, media form, spoiler timeliness, and platform interaction dynamics. This study integrates involvement theory with the SMILE model to explain how users perceive spoilers and generate cognitive and affective responses. An experimental design examines the effects of personal involvement, media form, and spoiler timeliness on spoiler sensitivity, spoiler severity, sense of control, and affective orientation to spoiler. Open-ended responses further explore users’ interpretations of spoiler exposure, anti-spoiler tools, and platform responsibility. By combining motivational and cognitive perspectives, the study reconceptualizes spoilers as cognitive–affective processes rather than fixed content properties, offering theoretical insights and practical guidance for context-aware anti-spoiler mechanisms on social platforms.
