By Sassou is a French Brand of Tailor-Made swimwear. Created as an amateur project in 2020 by Mélissa LEFOLLE and her business partner Marion CLABAULT. Together we decided to make our amateur project a professional one by developing this business plan.
By Sassou is a swimwear brand dedicated to the production and sale of tailor-made Swimwear for women of all age and Body type, that want to feel comfortable, and sensual while having a positive impact on the planet.
In this business plan you will find the presentation of our company goals, Business philosophy, and Competitive advantage. You will also find a description of our products and services. An Industry analysis describing the French swimwear market as well as the major players of the industry. The next parts are the Marketing and Operational Plans, that are based mostly on the results we had during the summers of 2020-2021.The responsibilities and skills of Mélissa LEFOLLE and Marion CLABAULT were described in the Management and organization part of the report. Finally, the Startup Expenses and Financial plan part of the report will show that is project is financially viable at a small scale.
