ESG（環境、社會與公司治理）評鑑已成為評估企業永續發展的重要指標。傳統上，企業較注重財務表現，但ESG評鑑提供全面評估企業在環境、社會責任和治理方面的表現。評分機構基於這三大領域的表現提供綜合評分，有助於投資者了解企業的風險與機會，促使企業提升整體可持續性及價值。本研究旨在探討ESG評等如何影響機構投資人對台灣數位娛樂科技及網路電商產業的投資行為，顯示ESG評鑑成為投資評估的核心因素。研究提供策略建議，以促進企業永續發展與價值創造。

Environmental, Social, and Governance （ESG） evaluations have become a pivotal metric for assessing corporate sustainability. Traditionally, companies have focused predominantly on financial performance. However, ESG assessments offer a comprehensive appraisal of a company's conduct in environmental care, social responsibility, and governance. Rating agencies provide an aggregate score based on performance in these three domains, which assists investors in understanding the risks and opportunities faced by businesses, thus encouraging enhancements in overall sustainability and value. This study aims to explore how ESG ratings influence the investment behaviors of institutional investors in Taiwan's digital entertainment technology and e-commerce sectors, highlighting the centrality of ESG assessments in investment evaluations. The research provides strategic recommendations to foster sustainable corporate development and value creation.
