中國已從開發中國家躍為世界第二大經濟體,本研究藉由一些實證性及分析指標監測背後的技術發展及資本化發展如專利版圖、全球競爭性、政府系統架構、高科園區設立以及其他科技和經濟成長力影響要素方面予以分析。從相關的資料收集及分析,自智慧財產權及技術移轉角度切入析論本研究。
研究顯示,某些與資本化商業模式息息相關的資源引領中國佳績展現。此外,不同市場導向的平台或系統之運用已提高中國技術輸出及商業交易。再者,中國智慧財產權申請及資本化的逐年穩定成長,其表現信息可看出協同致力之潛在成長提升。本研究結果建議中國仍需在智權保護措施、系統管理平台以及資本化過程予以改進以因應國際化挑戰。
China has merged from one of the under developing country to become the second-largest economy entity in the world. China has been continuously ahead of other countries and ranking top in development.
The research utilize empirical and analytical indicators to explain the study subjects, including technology transfer and capitalization developments, like overall patent portfolio, official statistics and database, competitiveness in the world, government constitutional infrastructure, high technology industries zone establishment and other essences which reflect and influence growth of the technology and economic development. Given the data collection and analysis, this thesis cut edge from IP right and technology transfer to analyze the subject.
The outcomes are indicated as follows. There are some resources associated with China’s capitalization business model to demonstrate a significant performance. Besides, it is observed that platforms or systems by diversity market sectors have been applied to enable commercial transaction in China and enhance China’s technology export advantage. Furthermore, China’s performance on Intellectual Property application and capitalization process have been steadily developed. China’s performance turn to be signaled that concerted efforts are likely to boost the growth.
The study suggests that there are IP Protection Initiatives, system management platform and capitalization processes required to be improved to meet the future international challenges.
