全球新能源、人工智慧(AI)及循環經濟的快速發展,使再生有色金屬成為全球產業鏈中不可或缺的關鍵原材料 (International Energy Agency,2024)。在地緣政治緊張與國際貿易政策變動加劇供應鏈風險的背景下,再生金屬的戰略價值愈加重要,企業亟需透過營運韌性強化與數位化能力提升來維持競爭優勢。
本研究以商業模式畫布(Business Model Canvas, BMC)九大構面為理論架構,結合 Best Look Global Ltd.(以下簡稱BLG)的內部文件、實際營運經驗與再生金屬產業相關資訊,分析 BLG 的商業模式與價值創造邏輯。在策略建議方面,提出二項研究問題:(一)透過商業模式畫布的分析,探討個案公司之商業模式內涵;(二)分析個案公司如何透過數位化轉型與營運效率提升,來優化商業模式效能,以達到公司的成長。
研究結果顯示,BLG 在文件管理、財務系統、供應商品相資訊與海運追蹤等領域推動的數位化建設,有效提升營運效率、資訊透明度及跨國協作能力,同時增強供應鏈敏捷度、降低物流不確定性並改善客戶服務品質。透過數位化結合流程制度化與客製化服務,促成BLG 更具競爭力的價值主張與穩固的夥伴關係,和其在全球化與 ESG 永續趨勢下的營運彈性與持續創新能力。
本研究的發現不僅有助於理解 BLG 的商業模式與成長動能,也可為再生有色金屬貿易商及其他跨國中小企業推動數位化轉型、強化營運流程與優化商業模式提供參考。
The rapid development of renewable energy, artificial intelligence (AI), and the circular economy has made recycled non-ferrous metals indispensable raw materials within the global industrial value chain (International Energy Agency,2024). Under heightened geopolitical tensions and increasing uncertainties in international trade policies, supply-chain risks have intensified, further underscoring the strategic importance of recycled metals. In this context, enterprises must strengthen operational resilience and enhance digital capabilities in order to maintain competitiveness.
This study adopts the Business Model Canvas (BMC) as the theoretical framework and integrates internal documents, operational practices, and industry information from Best Look Global Ltd. (hereafter BLG). The research aims to achieve two objectives: (1) to analyze BLG’s business model and value creation logic through the nine components of the BMC; and (2) to examine how BLG enhances business model effectiveness and supports corporate growth through digital transformation and operational efficiency improvements.
The findings reveal that BLG’s digital initiatives—covering document management, financial systems, product information digitalization, and ocean-freight tracking—substantially improve operational efficiency, information transparency, and cross-border coordination. These efforts also enhance supply-chain agility, reduce logistics uncertainty, and strengthen customer service quality. By integrating digitalization with standardized processes and customized services, BLG has developed a more competitive value proposition and reinforced its partnership networks, demonstrating resilience and continuous innovation amid global competition and ESG sustainability trends.
The insights of this study contribute to a deeper understanding of BLG’s business model and growth dynamics, and provide practical reference for recycled non-ferrous metal traders as well as other cross-border small and medium-sized enterprises seeking to pursue digital transformation, improve operational processes, and optimize their business models.
