本研究以B公司為案例，針對研發導向之新創骨科醫療器材公司之經營策略進行分析與探討。首先瞭解案例公司所處之市場環境，包括市場規模、市場需求、替代產品、同業競爭者等各面向進行資料蒐集及分析，並進一步瞭解案例公司之團隊、資金、技術、營運目標及經營策略，以分析案例公司其經營策略與其環境、條件、目標間之適配程度，並進一步提出結論及建議。最後參照外部專家之意見，進行最終修正與調整。
