2016年全球貨櫃航運產業面臨了市場供需失衡的嚴峻挑戰，當時南韓排名第一且名列世界前十大貨櫃船公司的韓進海運於年中倒閉，而身為國內貨櫃三雄之一的陽明海運也在該年面臨嚴重的虧損危機，但隨著新領導者的上任，並在內部進行了一系列的業務翻轉改革計劃後，奇蹟似地在隔年即扭轉營運困境轉虧為盈。

本研究透過變革管理八步驟理論對陽明海運業務翻轉過程進行解析，整理出陽明海運在各步驟的行動方針分別為何，並於最後歸納出陽明海運改革過程的成功關鍵因素以及是否有可改善之處，期望為同樣陷於營運困境亟欲進行業務改革的企業們提供一個借鏡。

In 2016, the global container shipping industry faced the severe challenge of market supply and demand imbalance. At that time, Hanjin Shipping, which ranked first in South Korea and among the top ten container shipping companies in the world, closed down in the middle of the year, and Yang Ming Shipping, one of the top three domestic container shipping companies, also faced a serious profit loss that year. But after the new leader took office and carried out a series of business reform plans, Yang Ming Shipping reversed the operating difficulties and turned profitable in the following year miraculously.

This research analyzes the business turnaround process of Yang Ming Shipping through the eight-steps change model, sorts out the actions of Yang Ming Shipping in each step, and finally summarizes the key factors for the success of Yang Ming Shipping's reform process and whether there is any improvement, hoping to provide a reference for companies that are also in profit loss situation and eager to carry out business turnaround.
