本研究使用台灣超級籃球聯賽之對戰資料，透過建立統計模型並比較，探討各球隊間之排名狀況及比賽結果。以SBL第六季至第十一季間共六個賽季的對戰資料，作為實證資料的來源。研究採用Bradley Terry 模型、比較最大概似估計與幾種線上學習估計法的估計結果。這幾種線上學習估計法包括Steepest Descent method、Bayesian Learning method、Extend Kalman Filter method，接下來使用Pearson Correlation和Spearman Correlation來比較不同估計所得的排名間與真實排名的相關性。
我們也討論動態模型，藉由加入狀態干擾項(state noise)，研究參數是否隨著時間改變而有所變化。
