This study investigates the mechanisms by which individuals navigate upward wealth mobility and achieve sustainable financial well-being within the structural constraints of inflation, income stagnation, and widening wealth inequality. Departing from conventional quantitative-only financial planning frameworks, this research integrates insights from behavioral finance and bio-ecological metaphors to construct the "Financial Combat Power Model," which translates personal financial statements into three intuitive dimensions—Attack Power (income), Defense Power (net assets), and Kinetic Energy (cash flow surplus). Building upon this model, the study develops the "Financial Animal Matrix," a dual-axis classification system (annual income × net assets) comprising 12 archetypal species—including a subterranean stratum for negative net worth—organized into five evolutionary clusters.
Employing a mixed-methods research design, this study combines secondary data analysis, a quantitative survey (valid sample N = 251, comprising a basic version V1 [n = 179] and an extended behavioral assessment version V2 [n = 72]), and qualitative in-depth interviews. The key findings are threefold. First, the empirical mapping reveals a pronounced base-heavy distribution: 64.5% of respondents fall within the low-asset cluster, and 40.5% of those initially classified as "Ants" remain trapped in the same stratum over time. A significant decoupling effect between income and assets is identified. Second, the study delineates three core drivers of wealth migration and identifies six optimal evolutionary paths. Third, behavioral assessment shows that aggressive and consumer types account for 56.9% of Ants. The study concludes that the ultimate goal is "Ecological Niche Matching," with a happiness gap of only 0.12 points between Lions (6.42) and Ants (6.30), while Camels (6.77) reported the highest scores.
