  • 本研究以能動者(agency)視角出發,引入隨創理論(Bricolage Theory)與劣勢創新(Innovation under Disadvantage)為分析框架,探討臺灣東南亞籍新移民女性創業者如何在多重劣勢下運用電子商務平台展開微型創業,剖析其資源轉換的行動邏輯與動態歷程。在方法論上,本研究採取多重個案研究法,以理論取樣為基礎,篩選出兩位在產業型態與資源拼湊邏輯具備極端對比特質之個案。透過半結構式深度訪談、參與式觀察與次級資料分析進行三角驗證。研究發現,創業者在資源匱乏初期展現向外實體擴張與向內時空壓縮兩種截然不同之隨創路徑。在逆境調適中,個案展現高度的認知重構能力,透過對危機時機的識別與社會性角色的重新定義,將環境危機與生命經驗轉化為高黏著度的社群資本與專業同理心。此外,為應對平台演算法所衍生的數位依賴風險,創業者亦透過虛實整合與嚴謹之法律遵循意識,構築避險機制與制度合法性;然而,高度個人化之創業資源的不可取代性亦使其面臨規模化瓶頸。總結而言,本研究將隨創理論之視角延伸至臺灣東南亞籍新移民之微型創業脈絡,提出由資源拼湊提升至資源轉換之動態歷程。在實務與政策層面,建議輔導體系應從單純資源給予轉向賦能隨創,提供數位避險與實用之法規支持,以深化多元文化社會之微型經濟韌性。
