本文旨在探討公部門投資，透過那些管道影響私部門投資，以及這些影響因素對私部門投資行為與資本存量成長之動態時徑效果。因此本文乃尋求建立包含公、私部門投資、成長、儲蓄，公、私部門產出之動態成長模型，以探討台灣公、私經濟部門間投資排擠效果之經濟行為。

本文計分五章。第一章為緒論，說明本文之研究動機與目的、資料來源及建立、與本文架構。第二章為文獻評介，將有關文獻加以整理，其中包括介紹公經濟部門投資之理論基礎與排擠效果之意義及其形成原因，並就台灣相關實證文獻研究之。第三章為理論模型之建立。透過生產函數及成本最小化條件，導出一個包含公、私部門投資、產出、和儲蓄之動態成長模型。第四章係台灣之實證研究，其中包括模型之設立、估計之計量方法和結果。第五章為結論--將本文之討論作一總結及建議。
