  • Reset Yoga & Wellness Center will operate in the service industry by offering yoga classes in Honduras, where yoga is an emerging trend. The center will be owned and managed by Daniela Matamoros, an international MBA graduate and Registered Yoga Teacher with the support of 6 employees. The center will offer different types of yoga classes such as, gentle, flow, fitness and specialty yoga style classes, tailored for students of with different levels of flexibility and endurance. Class instructions, 45 to 60 minutes classes are designed around our students working schedulers.
    The center will target working middle and upper income professionals that are looking for an overall yoga experience, an overall stimulation for the senses, a place to relax and release stress. As members, they will find bilingual customer service, community support, online platform support, access to purchasing yoga equipment, access to clean, spacious and natural facilities. Yoga is a service that relies on reputation value and word-of-mouth which is why the center’s main promotional activities will be oriented on providing a holistic experience. The center is committed to play a role in the community, which is why many of the key partners are local businesses.
    Revenue income comes from a membership fee plus class payment. Class payment options are single class payment (drop-in), monthly fee or a 3 month membership. A second source of revenue will come from retail sales generated by a boutique shop in the studio. The center aims to keep the enrollment process easy, fast, and transparent.
