一、研究緣起

臺灣在進入1980年代之後，有各式各樣的社會運動興起，也引起許多社會科學的研究者高度的關心。在這個領域中筆者雖仍處於學習階段，但基於對此種現象的關切，遂以此作為論文中的研究題材。

由於在諸多的新興社會運動中，無住屋者團結運動是相當特殊的社運現象，它不僅刻意強調溫和理性的路線，極力杜絕暴力、破壞的方式，同時他們亦不承認屬於“悲慘的被排斥團體"明白地宣稱其並非以爭取大眾的同情與憐憫為標的，此外，更堅持“非政治性"、“非階級性"的立場，使現有政治勢力有意拉攏政治資源的人無政治資源可爭。這些特質顯示了在臺灣特殊的時空環境下，要真正瞭解一個社運微視的觀點在解釋上仍有重要之處。

相對剝奪的觀點是解釋社運現象的重要論點之一，它的解釋破除不少有關社運現象的“迷信?，本文的研究目的即在於以相對剝奪的觀點來說明無住屋團結運動的參與行為，主要可歸納為二個方面：1.筆者嘗試將相對剝奪感的基本概念操作化，籍以探討在無住屋運動的參與行為中相對剝奪感究竟是不是一個區辨性的因素；2. 如果相對剝奪感確實具有解釋力，則何種價值被剝奪是導致個人參與最重要的因素。

二、研究假設

依據理論上的分類，可將相對剝奪的概念分成為社會公平、經濟公平、政治公平三個面向，為了獲得實證上的證據，筆者將嘗試將相對剝奪的概念加以操作化，以便研究的進行。圖一中所顯示的即為筆者欲處理的變項與架構，主要的研究假設包括：

1 .在無住屋者團結組織中，相對剝奪感與個人性背景因素之間確實有顯著的關係存在。

2. 在無住屋者團結組織中，相對剝奪感與參與行為之間具有顯著的正向關聯。

3. 在無住屋者團結組織中，經濟公平與政治公平方面的相對剝奪感較之社會公平方面，對個人的參與行為影響更為重要。

三、研究過程

本研究調查係以臺北地區為研究範圍，採取配對抽樣的方法，將受訪者分為參與者及非參與者兩組，而在施測方面則以郵寄問卷的方式來進行調查，參與者部分發出330 份，非參與者的部分發出641 份，總計發出問卷971 份。

由於回收的情形未臻理想，筆者針對非參與者的部分對同樣的受訪者進行第二次的郵寄問卷，兩次問卷回收的情形總計回收率為39%，有效樣本共計345份，再加上18份筆者親自蒐集的樣本，共計有363個有效樣本納入分析。

此外，根據本文的研究目的，學者採用了次數分配、因素分析(factor analysis )、卡方檢定、F值檢定、對數線性模式(log-linear model) 、多元迴歸分析(multiple

regression analysis )等統計方法來處理及說明架構中的變項。

四、研究結果

與相對剝奪感有關的社會公平、經濟公平、政治公平這三個變項，經由因素處理資料的過程，社會公平包括均衡競爭原則、規範認同原則、致勝倫理原則三個面向，經濟公平則指自由經濟的適當性、追求財富的規制性、理財途徑的充分性三個面向、而政治公平係以反政策傾向、反政府傾向、反體制傾向三個面向代表。

在本文的研究結果中，可以發現在參與與否的變項上，僅性別、年齡、婚姻狀況、住宅狀況四項有顯著的差異性，其中以男性、36~45歲、已婚、租用房屋會較傾向參與行動，然而，若以政治公平中的反政策傾向及極濟公平中的自由經濟的適當性等與參與與否關聯性較強的面向而言，男性、已婚、租用房屋者會有較高的反政策傾向，而36~45歲、租用房屋的受訪者在自由經濟的適當性上則有較高的不滿，因此個人性的背景因素中的一些變項真相對剝奪感的部分確有關聯存在。

至於參與深度方面，基本上在參與方式、平均投入時間、第一次參與時間這三個變項上，反政策傾向及自由經濟的適當值等面向仍具有較強的影響力，不過，經濟公平中的追求財富的規制性此一面向的效果亦具有相當的重要性。

總之，本文的重要性在於學者嘗試以經驗指標直接測量相對剝奪感強度，並證實了相對剝奪感在無住屋者團結運動中確為一區辨性的因素，不過在眾多相關的面向之中，並非所有的面向皆有顯著的影響力，因此要瞭解個人在特定社會運動的參與行為時，同時也應該去瞭解何種面向的相對剝奪感最為重要。
