  • 隨著全球與台灣步入超高齡社會,失智症帶來的「失智海嘯」與照護人力結構性短缺,已成為當前高齡照護產業面臨的嚴峻挑戰。傳統穿戴式監測設備雖能提供生理數據,卻因高齡使用者排斥感強、依從性低,導致實際照護效益有限。本研究以「明智燈(VitaShine)」為個案,探討如何利用創新之40Hz複頻照明技術,建構一套非侵入、無感且具高度依從性的智慧照護解決方案。

    本研究透過 PEST 總體環境分析確立政策紅利與市場剛性需求,並經由利害關係人痛點分析辨識出照護市場中關鍵的「價值落差」:使用者(長者)追求尊嚴與無感,而付費決策者(子女/機構)追求安全性與照護效率。研究發現,複頻照明技術能將「照明」與「神經調節刺激」深度整合,成功跨越了技術轉譯的障礙,達成利害關係人間的價值對齊。

    在上市行銷策略(STP、4P)方面,本研究提出「機構先行、數據背書、居家擴散」之階梯式進入策略。針對B2B機構市場,透過「租賃模式(LaaS)」降低採購門檻並鏈結「長照3.0」補助;針對B2C居家市場,則透過專業通路與保險外溢機制建立信任。研究進一步利用商業模式圖(BMC)勾勒出從「硬體銷售」轉向「數據服務(SaaS)」的存續路徑,確保企業在政策補助退出後,仍能憑藉個人化健康報告與行為預警服務,維持市場競爭力。

    本研究結論證實,明智燈(VitaShine)不僅填補了市場上「環境式主動干預」的空白,其提出的策略分析框架亦為智慧照護科技從實驗室邁向商業化轉型提供了具備邏輯基礎的執行藍圖,對提升台灣智慧照護產業之服務品質與營運效率具備顯著實務貢獻。


    As both the global community and Taiwan rapidly transition into "super-aged" societies, the dual challenges of the "dementia wave" and a structural shortage of caregiving labor have become critical issues in the elderly care industry. While traditional wearable monitoring devices offer physiological data, they often suffer from low user adherence due to seniors' resistance to invasive or cumbersome equipment. This study focuses on "VitaShine," an innovative solution utilizing 40 Hz multi-frequency lighting technology, to explore the development of a non-invasive, seamless, and high-adherence smart care system.

    Through PEST analysis, this research identifies significant market opportunities driven by policy dividends and urgent social needs. By conducting a stakeholder pain point analysis, the study highlights a crucial "value gap" in the care market: while users (seniors) prioritize dignity and non-interference, decision-makers/payers (family members or institutions) focus on safety and caregiving efficiency. The findings suggest that by integrating neurological stimulation into daily lighting, VitaShine successfully bridges this gap, aligning the values of all key stakeholders.

    Regarding the Go-to-Market strategy (STP and 4P), this study proposes a phased expansion model: "Institutions First, Evidence-Based, followed by Home Expansion." For the B2B institutional market, a "Lighting-as-a-Service (LaaS)" model is recommended to lower procurement barriers while leveraging "Long-term Care 3.0" subsidies. For the B2C home market, the focus is on building trust through professional channels and insurance spillover mechanisms. Furthermore, the Business Model Canvas (BMC) outlines a strategic transition from "hardware sales" to "data services (SaaS)," ensuring long-term sustainability through personalized health reports and behavioral alert services, even after the withdrawal of government subsidies.

    This research confirms that VitaShine fills a critical void in the market for "environmental proactive intervention." The strategic framework presented herein provides a logical blueprint for the commercialization of smart care technologies, offering significant practical contributions to the digital transformation and operational efficiency of Taiwan’s elderly care industry.
