  • 21世紀初隨著知識的不斷創新以及文化的積累,人類的經濟文明從「知識經濟」進展到「創意經濟」(Creative Economy)的嶄新階段,其中以Richard Florida提出的創意階級理論為主,認為創意階級導致經濟成長,而各國大城市開始思考吸引創意階級的策略,思考創意階級之區位選擇與遷移因素,此外,在科技躍進以及複雜的市場性考量下,地區創新氛圍強調地區行動者特質與集體行動進而形塑創新績效的理論模型,在現今創意經濟的時代中創新氛圍蔚為重要,本研究以Richard Florida的創意階級理論觀點出發,以台灣六大都會區為研究範圍,並加入創新氛圍的重要因子,整合過去文獻並以多元羅吉特模型測試台灣創意階級住宅選擇因素受創新氛圍以及創意階級理論中提及之包容性影響。
    本研究透過理論與實證證明台灣創意階層住宅選擇受創新氛圍與包容性影響,並且高階創意階層中,自然經濟工作者受包容性影響程度較大,社會經濟工作者受創新氛圍影響程度較大


    At the beginning of the 21st century, with the continuous innovation of knowledge and the accumulation of culture, human civilization from the "knowledge economy" to "creative economy" (Creative Economy) a new stage. Based on the creative class theory proposed by Richard Florida. He thinks the creative class leads to economic growth. It lets the big cities began to think about attracting creative class strategy. Thinking about the location choice and migration factors of creative class. In addition, in the technology leap forward and complex market considerations. Regional innovation millieux emphasizes the characteristics of regional actors and collective action and then shape the innovative performance of the theoretical model, in today's creative economy era of innovation atmosphere is important.The research is based on Richard Florida 's creative class theory ,focuses on the six major metropolitan areas of Taiwan and incorporates the important factors of innovation millieux. It integrates past literature and tests the creative factors of Taiwan creative class. As well as the inclusive influence mentioned in the theory of creative class.
    In this study, it is proved that the choice of Taiwan's creative class houses is influenced by the atmosphere of innovation and inclusiveness, and the natural economy workers are affected by the inclusive degree in the high-level creative class. The socio-economic workers are influenced by the innovation atmosphere
