論文提要內容

本論文試圖藉由系統理論的建構，將核武在中共外交政策的運用，作一闡釋性的分析。

總計五章十二節，約四萬餘字，其中以第二、四兩章為研究的重點，各章之提要如下:

第一章:說明本文所採的研究途徑及筆者所提出的研究設計，並對各架構扼要解釋。

第二章:就核子武器與中共外交政策作縱向分析，闡明其受國家利益及意識型態所主導的輸入項，包含國家安全、國家威望、內政因素、意識型態等內外社會環境變數項。

第三章:就中共核子武器的本身作橫向分析，亦即說明核武在系統中的反應能力，包含其核武現況及既能運用的實力，並試作評估。

第四章:就中共核武在外交政策上的運用，即對輸出項作較深入的討論，包含戰略嚇阻、核武裁禁、核子擴散、不首先使用該武等手段，同時將其所造成之影響進行評估，形成反饋。

第五章:結論。對核武在中共外交政策的運用提出總結，並嚐試說明筆者個人的看法。
