伴隨全球環境問題日益加劇,汽車產業面臨巨大挑戰與轉型壓力,而電動車被視為減少燃油車溫室氣體排放的重要解決方案。本研究以中國電動車產業為研究對象,探討國際環境與氣候相關規範對汽車發展的影響,並分析ESG、經營風險與專利總數對企業法律訴訟次數的關係。本研究採用「文獻分析法」、「歸納分析法」及「比較研究法」,並結合「企查查」及上海華證指數信息服務有限公司的數據資料,利用SPSS進行簡單迴歸分析,驗證假設關係。
研究首先確認國際規範與汽車產業發展具有密切相關性,這些規範促使汽車產業朝低碳化、環保化及技術創新方向發展,加速電動車在中國的普及與技術突破。根據文獻推論,提出三項假設:(1)ESG成效對企業法律訴訟次數具有負向影響;(2)經營風險對企業法律訴訟次數具有正向影響;(3)專利總數對企業法律訴訟次數具有負向影響。本研究進一步透過數據分析發現,ESG與專利總數對企業法律訴訟次數產生顯著負向影響假設。然而,經營風險對企業法律訴訟次數的正向影響假設未獲支持。進一步分析表明,未支持假設的原因可能包括:第一,經營風險指標未能充分反映企業實際應對訴訟風險的能力;第二,訴訟次數可能更多受到外部因素(如產業政策與市場競爭環境)的影響;第三,樣本數量與數據時間跨度的限制亦可能導致結論不顯著。
本研究揭示了國際規範對電動車產業的深遠影響,並證實ESG與專利總數在減少企業法律訴訟中的關鍵作用。未支持假設則需結合更多外部變數進行進一步探討。本研究為推動汽車產業綠色轉型與實現永續發展目標提供了重要參考依據,尤其是目標7(可負擔及清潔能源)、目標9(產業、創新與基礎建設)、目標13(氣候行動)及目標16(促進和平與包容的社會)。電動車技術創新與普及有助於推動交通運輸的低碳轉型,減少環境污染,並促進清潔能源的應用。同時,企業在提升ESG表現與專利數量的過程中,能降低訴訟風險,強化治理透明度與市場競爭力,為實現永續發展提供重要支持。
With the intensification of global environmental issues, the automotive industry faces significant challenges and transformation pressures, and electric vehicles are regarded as an important solution to reduce greenhouse gas emissions from fuel vehicles. This study focuses on China's electric vehicle industry, exploring the impact of international environmental and climate-related regulations on automotive development, and analyzing the relationship between ESG, operational risks, and the total number of patents on the frequency of corporate legal disputes. This study adopts the "literature analysis method," "inductive analysis method," and "comparative research method," combined with data from "QCC" and SPSS for simple regress Sino-Securities Index Information Service Co., Ltd., using ion analysis to verify the hypothesized relationships.
The study first confirms that international regulations are closely related to the development of the automotive industry. These regulations drive the industry towards low-carbon, environmentally friendly, and technological innovation directions, accelerating the adoption and technological breakthroughs of electric vehicles in China. Based on literature inference, three hypotheses are proposed: (1) ESG performance has a negative impact on the number of corporate legal disputes; (2) operational risk has a positive impact on the number of corporate legal disputes; (3) the total number of patents has a negative impact on the number of corporate legal disputes. This study further discovers through data analysis that the hypotheses of ESG and the total number of patents having a significant negative impact on the number of corporate legal disputes are supported. However, the hypothesis of operational risk having a positive impact on the number of corporate legal disputes is not supported. Further analysis indicates that the reasons for the unsupported hypothesis may include: first, the operational risk indicators may not fully reflect the company's actual ability to address litigation risks; second, the number of disputes may be more influenced by external factors (such as industry policies and market competition environment); third, limitations in sample size and data time span may also lead to inconclusive results.
This study reveals the profound impact of international regulations on the electric vehicle industry and confirms the crucial role of ESG and total patents in reducing corporate legal disputes. Unsupported hypotheses require further investigation with additional external variables. This research provides important reference for promoting green transformation in the automotive industry and achieving sustainable development goals, particularly Goal 7 (Affordable and Clean Energy), Goal 9 (Industry, Innovation and Infrastructure), Goal 13 (Climate Action), and Goal 16 (Peaceful, Justice and Strong Institutions). The innovation and popularization of electric vehicle technology helps promote low-carbon transformation in transportation, reduce environmental pollution, and advance clean energy applications. Meanwhile, as companies improve their ESG performance and increase patent numbers, they can reduce litigation risks, enhance governance transparency and market competitiveness, providing essential support for achieving sustainable development.
