本文利用貿易引力模型探討貪腐程度以及勞動權益等非關稅貿易障礙在CPTPP、RECP以及IPEF中扮演的角色。使用2014到2019年各國雙邊貿易資料，實證研究顯示，與CPTPP及IPEF相比，清廉程度在RCEP相關國家中有顯著且正向的結果，當貪腐指數提升一分，區域內雙邊貿易成長1.21%，同時當勞動權益指數增加一分，區域內雙邊貿易成長4.34%。而在IPEF & CPTPP中，當開發中國家改善貪腐程度時則對雙邊貿易有負向影響，若是貪腐指數上升一分改善貪腐程度後，會讓區域雙邊貿易下降4.7%。

This study uses gravity model of trade to investigate the roles played by corruption levels and labor rights, as well as non-tariff trade barriers, in the context of CPTPP, RCEP, and IPEF. Using bilateral trade data from 2014 to 2019, empirical findings indicate that, compared to CPTPP and IPEF, there is a significant and positive relationship between corruption levels and countries involved in RCEP. When the corruption index increases by one point, bilateral trade within the region grows by 1.21%. Additionally, when the labor rights index increases by one point, regional bilateral trade expands by 4.34%. In the case of IPEF and CPTPP, an improvement in corruption levels in developing countries has a negative impact on bilateral trade. An increase of one point in the corruption index, indicating an improvement in corruption levels, leads to a 4.7% decrease in regional bilateral trade.
