The paper will illustrate a business plan that identifies the weakness in the current supply chain, and how it can be improve by establishing a local service facility to provide the service needed for supply chain improvement. Brining the operation abroad to Taiwan, Cas Service Co. Ltd will improve the supply chain by offering the local service that is needed to meet the fast growing industry.
