本論文研究奧修新密續思想的特色，梳理印度教密續、濕婆派、喀什米爾濕婆派與美國密續、新密續的關係，自歷史及其發展進行研究，以奧修詮釋印度教密續經典Vijñāna Bhairava Tantra分析思想對傳統密續思想有何改動及其特色。
由於臺灣奧修運動與臺灣新時代運動同一時間傳入，且族群有重疊且多互相交流，故臺灣常將奧修運動視為新時代運動一支，本論文從歷史與思想的角度探討奧修運動與新時代運動之間的異同。奧修運動做為仍持續發展的新興宗教，至今仍具有影響力，文中自傳佈角度、發展狀況與影響力與意義三方面觀察奧修團體現今在美國與臺灣的發展情況，可以看出奧修新密續的觀點對奧修運動發展佔有重要的影響。

This thesis studies the characteristics of Osho’s Neo-tantrism thoughts and combs out the relationship among Hindu Tantra, Shaivism, Kashmir Shaivism, American Tantra and Neo-tantrism. Based on their history and development, this study explains the changes and characteristics of the traditional Tantra thoughts brought by the analytical thought in the context of Osho's interpretation of the Hindu Tantra Vijñāna Bhairava Tantra.
Since the Rajneesh Movement was introduced into Taiwan at the same time as the New Age Movement, as well as that the ethnic groups overlapped and communicated with each other frequently, Taiwan often regards the Rajneesh Movement as a New Age Movement. This thesis discusses the similarities and differences between the Rajneesh Movement and the New Age Movement from the perspective of history and thought. The Rajneesh Movement, as an emerging religion that continues to develop, still has influence today. In this paper, from the perspective of dissemination, development, influence and significance of Osho groups in the United States and Taiwan, we can see that Osho Neo-tantrism’s viewpoint plays an important role in the development of the Rajneesh Movement.
