Digital printing is a cutting-edge technology for the textile industry. It gives a good flexibility for printing small quantity textile products. By using this new technology, people save a lot of time for the process to print textiles, the costs to print small quantity are also tremendously reduced. However, the high cost to regularly changing printing head, which is a key component inside digital printers, is an obstacle for the development of this new technology.
The business plan for refurbished printing head is a solution to solve the problem of high printing head replacement cost. The refurbished printing head products will be produced in Taiwan and export to the countries where the textile industry is thriving. By using refurbished printing heads, digital printer users will reduce the cost of regularly changing printing heads by 55-60%. The startup company is expected to earn net profit around 90,000 USD in the third year running the business.
